UPDATE: October 2007. I had originally given this website quite a good review but lately the customer service has been diabolical. Order cancelled and customer not informed, new credit card security measures that make no sense and no decent explanation offered. I shall not be using it again.

ORIGINAL REVIEW:
I first used this website a few months ago whilst pregnant as was frustrated with NEXT stores not having the full range of their maternity wear and in particular not having the correct sizes in stock.When doing this order, I also selected a few items for the children. All arrived within a few days and I was happy. One item had to be returned, as it didn’t suit, and this could have been done by post or by submitting to my nearest NEXT store.

The website is very user friendly. I had no problems using it.

I am not aware of any of the ROI Next stores having much of a selection of their homewares range so its handy to have it online.

The only drawback is the €9.75 home delivery fee. But delivery is free if you get your purchases sent to your nearest store.
