A great book for ideas and recipes for feeding babies and kids, from 4 months up.

I must confess as to not knowing where to start when our first born approached the time to start on solid food. This book is brilliant in solving that problem.
It is divided into age chapters, the first being 4 to 6 months, the second 6 to 9 months and so on. Each chapter gives an overview, a few sample week menus, and then plenty of recipes. These are very straightforward and easy to follow.
It is great for suggestions of combinations of foods to try, when to introduce different foods to your baby. It gives nutritional information and guidelines on which foods freeze well and which don’t.
Overall, I would highly recommend this book for any parent.
